Job Summary
To ensure high standards of teaching and learning of Biology are delivered as set out in the curriculum in accordance with Cambridge (CAIE) and school policy.
Job Qualifications
Required:
Should have Masters degree in Science with specialisation in BiologyPrevious experience of teaching Biology in CAIE/IB/ CBSE programs is preferredShould be have good communication skills to teachShould be passionate about Biology and have a solid grasp of its theoriesHave passion for teaching and guiding students to learnWilling to learn and participate in the school community
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Education to teach CBSE curriculumWilling to put in the effort as required by the school /university guidelinesAbility to engage the class and create a learning environment
Job Responsibilities
Actively teach students, create lesson plans, assign and correct tests, assignments & homework, manage students in the classroom, communicate with parents, help students prepare for standardized testing, Attend weekly staff meetings, work with individual students to motivate their abilities and support them to overcome their challenges.
