Contribute to a Vital Renewable Energy Facility: Astute People is seeking a skilled Shift Technician to join our team at the biomass power station in Lancing, West Sussex. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our biomass power station.
In this role, you will operate the plant through the DCS system, perform first-line maintenance as needed, and ensure compliance with HSE and company policies.
The salary for this role includes a competitive base salary of £31,800 + up to £2,400 bonus, plus an excellent benefits package.
The shift pattern is structured, with two days, two nights, and four days off, providing a good work-life balance.
