Job Overview:
Research Facility Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Laboratory Equipment Maintenance: Support lab equipment maintenance routines as directed.
Inventory Management: Assist with the ordering and stock integrity of lab supplies through inventory management, procurement, and receiving processes and systems.
Customer Service: Interact with research staff and support in-scope service requests as directed.
Requirements:
Prior Experience: Prior service industry or lab experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and continuously bend, reach, and twist.
Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem (i.e., Windows, Office365, etc.) and comfortable using technology.
