We are seeking an experienced Biryani Chef with a specialty in crafting diverse and authentic biryanis. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a strong background in culinary arts.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook various types of biryanis, ensuring authenticity and quality.
• Develop new biryani recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on biryani preparation techniques.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menus and special events.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Biryani Chef with at least 10 years in a professional kitchen setting.
• Expertise in various regional biryani styles and cooking techniques.
• Strong knowledge of spices, marination, and rice preparation methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creative and innovative approach to menu development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
