Job Description
Role Purpose The Business Analytics function owns the development and maintenance of Origination & Account Management strategies for the different products within Small Business Banking.
It would entail dedicated support to the India business team on various activities includig ad-hoc requests related to portfolio credit quality, sizing/impact analysis due to changes in other processes like modelling, provisioning,etc in accordance to the strategic direction of the business area.
Knowledge Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mathematics/statistics/economics or equivalent Master's degree Is preferred At least 4 years relevant experience in analytics preferably in Banking domain Excellent communication skills with technical(core-team) & non-technical(senior entities in business roles) Proficiency in SAS,SQL,E-Miner working knowlede of Python is preferred Strong project management skills for timely delivery of analyses
