Job Description
This is a high profile team with a mandate to drive data based decisions within the bank. Reporting in to Head Banking Operations and Transformation, this department works with all businesses of the bank including retail, small business and corporate to drive analytics. In terms of functions, the department has teams focused on all aspects of analytics for the bank including risk analytics, financial crime analytics, business and marketing analytics building predictive scores, data engineering and business reporting

Key Responsibilities:
Audit Observations and regulatory changes:
Timely closure of internal/External audits.
Implementation of Regulatory changes.
Adherence to compliance.
Masking to be enabled.
Central Datamart and processes
Develop, construct, test and maintain architectures aligned with business requirements. Adoption of agile methodology for assignments.
Developing the data Infra and data marts for internal and external customers.
Development of Regulatory data marts.
Build/Redesign the architecture and processes to maintain high availability and zero downtime.
Collaboration and team management
Focus on Agile methodology and best practices.
Efficiently collaborate with teams and
Business partners in providing optimum solutions for better serving customers
Data Governance and Data Quality
Working closely with IT and business partners for DQ implementation for Production processes, critical tables and data marts.
Use of SVNs for maintaining the source code versioning and releases.
Implementation of the outcomes from Incident managements and RCA's from the Failures.
Maintain of Data dictionary and Catalogs.
Digital/Innovative Project
Movement of Physical customer deliverable to Digital mode like Email or SMS
Projects and Dashboards
Data Dissemination.
Business Dashboard requirements.
Portals identify and initiate migration of
