Desirable Wok Chefs have
• 1yr + experience working in Chinese cuisine or working as part of a kitchen brigade in a high-volume restaurant.
• If inexperienced, you may love our food already and want to learn, develop and progress as part of our team
• Following SOP’s strictly to recreate the standard of our well-loved dishes
• You'll go above and beyond to maintain the kitchen's high standards in health & safety, hygiene & cleanliness
• We value flexibility & adaptability as you’ll be joining a demanding kitchen environment. Your willingness to embrace challenges will be an asset.
Requirements
• Flexible availability (Weekdays and Weekend plus bank holidays)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Readiness to walk & stand for long periods
• Professional appearance
• Comfortable wearing PPE at work
