Job Description:

Advanced Corrosion Treatments Limited is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Blaster/Painter to join our team in Auckland. This role involves preparing surfaces through abrasive blasting and applying protective coatings to metal structures and industrial surfaces. The successful candidate will be committed to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform abrasive blasting to clean and prepare surfaces

Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings

Inspect surfaces and coating thickness to ensure quality

Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Work on-site or at the company’s premises as required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial blasting and painting

Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and coating systems

Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
