We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and coating applications, with a proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively. As a Painting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of painting projects, from initial planning and preparation to final inspection and quality control. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all painting work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your role will also involve training and mentoring junior painters, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records of all work performed. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
