Responsibilities
Records Management
• Enter and update sales orders, purchase orders, GRNs, dispatch records, and stock movements in the system (ERP/Excel/CRM).
• Maintain accurate data for inward/outward inventory, invoices, and vendor/customer records.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, dispatches, and warehouse performance.
Warehouse Management
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure goods are stored properly to avoid damage, misplacement, or shortages.
• Manage warehouse staff/labor for loading, unloading, and order execution.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain 100% accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery across locations.
• Implement cost-effective methods to improve storage, handling, and dispatch efficiency.
Coordination & Compliance
• Work closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse SOPs.
• Assist in vendor coordination for inward and outward materials.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
