Nexus Recruitment are working with an established managing agent near to London Bridge who are looking for a Block Manager to join an established and growing team. Your portfolio will be based in central London, all of which are high-end, well-looked after buildings. A vibrant team culture and a genuine desire from management for the team to expand their skill set, you will have a lot of opportunity to develop into further areas of the business long-term.
Core duties of the role:
• Management of a portfolio of 10 blocks circa 200 units, including regular site inspections
• Set and manage the service charge budgets for your portfolio as well as year-end accounts
• Liaise with key stakeholders, building a valuable rapport
• Oversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits to work
• Ensure your portfolio is continuously compliant and up to date with relevant leasehold legalities and fire regulations
