Job Description
Your expertise in coding and knowledge of networking will be leveraged to develop secure and efficient decentralized applications (DApps). We value individuals with a strong understanding of the Ethereum blockchain process and its associated technologies.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement smart contracts using Solidity programming language.
2. Design and architect decentralized applications (DApps) on the Ethereum blockchain platform.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
4. Ensure the security and integrity of smart contracts through rigorous testing and auditing.
5. Optimize smart contracts for efficiency and scalability.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to blockchain and decentralized systems.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members (senior role).

10. Collaborate with external partners and clients to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.
Requirements
1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field. However, exceptional candidates without a degree but with relevant certifications and demonstrated expertise will also be considered.
2. Proficiency in Solidity programming language and experience in developing smart contracts.
3. Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum, and the associated development ecosystem.
4. Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts.
5. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
8. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
