Job Title: Blockchain Research Lead
Location: Remote
Experience : 3-4 years

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain high-performance blockchain solutions.
• Conduct research to solve technical challenges.
• Implement and optimize communication protocols.
• Write scalable server-side code.
• Develop Solidity smart contracts and contribute to blockchain clients like Geth.
• Work with cryptographic principles and peer-to-peer networking.
• Build and manage Docker images and Debian packages.
• Mentor team members.
Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of blockchain experience.
• Strong research and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in Golang (C++ and Rust are a plus).
• Experience with communication protocols, scalable server applications, and concurrency controls.
• Intermediate JavaScript/Node.js skills.
• Knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and p2p networking.
• Experience with Geth and Solidity.
• Expertise in Linux and networking.
• Experience creating Debian packages and Docker images.
• Ability to mentor team members.
Good-to-Have:
• Additional smart contract languages (Rust, Golang).
• Knowledge of Cosmos SDK and blockchain rollups.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation
