Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms and technologies.

Coach and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend and/or full-stack development.
Strong experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, Java, or C++.
4+ years of experience in core blockchain development using Ethereum (Solidity) and/or Aptos (Rust/Move).
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of secure key management and cryptography methods.
Consulting experience and excellent communication skills.
