Roles And Responsibilities
As a Content Writer, you will be tasked with writing creative content that reflect
Hexnode’s brand values and messaging.
• Write content that can be published across multiple channels (ad copies, website content, chatbot pop-ups, emails and other requirements).
• Create copies that align’s with our voice and personality.
• Take initiative on doing research regarding market trends, competitors and industry standards for copies.
• Identify gaps in existing content and bridge them.
• Collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams to ideate new copies and keep up with company and product updates.
• Should be passionate about their work and should take ownership of the material they provide.
Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company, (preferred)
• Ability to balance levity without compromising Hexnode’s core message
• Honour deadlines and accommodate sudden requirements from multiple teams
• Be self-sufficient and provide copies that don’t require a lot of iterations
• Ability to do research if the task requires it.
