Banking process - Bangalore

• 1.7 months exp in insurance or banking is mandatory

• Minimum 6 months in banking or insurance

• English, Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada

• Graduation mandatory

• CTC - 33k pm, 28k pm take home

• 6 days working (1 rotational week off)

• Shift timings: 8 to 5, + to 6, 10 to 7

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation

Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, and Drug & Cosmetic Act guidelines related to blood banking.

Maintain documentation and reporting as per statutory requirements.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections and audits.

Blood Bank Operations

Oversee blood collection, screening, storage, and transfusion processes.

Ensure adherence to quality control and safety protocols.

Review and approve blood donor selection and deferrals.

Implement hemovigilance programs for transfusion safety.

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide medical supervision for blood transfusions and related procedures.

Address transfusion reactions and manage adverse events.

Guide clinicians on appropriate blood component usage.

Training & Development

Conduct training sessions for medical staff and nurses on transfusion practices.

Keep the team updated on the latest advancements in transfusion medicine.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Assist the Head – Medical Services in policy-making and implementation.

Oversee hospital-wide clinical operations to enhance patient safety and care quality.

Develop strategies to optimize bed utilization, ICU care, and emergency response.

Medical Administration & Compliance

Ensure hospital-wide adherence to medical protocols and ethical guidelines.

Coordinate with hospital departments to improve patient flow and care efficiency.

Facilitate clinical audits and mortality/morbidity reviews.

Doctor Engagement & Coordination

Collaborate with various specialty departments to streamline patient care.

Address concerns raised by consultants, resident doctors, and paramedical staff.

Plan and execute CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions.

Emergency & Crisis Management

Supervise the emergency response team in mass casualty or critical situations.

Provide support in medico-legal cases and patient grievance resolution

Qualifications

Min 1 year experience in handling Blood Bank independently. Strong inclination toward process management and regulatory compliance

Must have skills

• Blood bank operations & transfusion medicine expertise.

• Leadership in medical administration & hospital workflow optimization.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
