Job description
ATMRF in past extended technical and process support to prominent blood services in the country and is now aiming for strategic expansion to other states where by the health care services will get needed support.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow best phlebotomy and aphaeresis practices,
Ensure 100% blood sample collection, handle donor queries, ensure donor comfort
Ensure Blood grouping of samples collected,
Conduct various tests on blood samples to ensure safety of patients
Ensure cross-matching of every patient's blood sample with donor blood sample,
Conduct irradiation of blood components,
Issue required product to patients
Quarantine entry of product,
100% labelling, ensure bulk packing of plasma for fractionation.
Ensure calibration of all medical equipment, documentation.
