Key Responsibilities of a Blow Molding Machine Operator:
The ideal candidate will operate and monitor blow moulding machines to produce plastic goods in accordance with established requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
• Perform Preventative Maintenance Tasks
• Train New Operators
• Undertake Limited Travel (as Required)
• Collaborate on Mechanical Repairs
• Coordinate Production Line Support with the Shift Supervisor
• Conduct Regular Quality Checks
• Identify Regrind and Chunk Produced
• Communicate Processing Information
Additional Key Responsibilities Include:
Assisting Other Operators as Needed, Communicating Effectively with Colleagues, and Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Operational Knowledge of Blow Moulding Machines
• Ability to Work at Heights (where required)
• Basic Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Skills
• Effective Communication and Teamwork Abilities
