About D4C
Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion dollar program over a long-term contract, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park
When you join D4C, you'll be joining a team of 700+ employees, all helping to provide services that are vital to Sydney Water's customers' quality of life, and to safeguard Sydney's future by maintaining a sustainable water supply and protecting our iconic waterways.
D4C is seeking a mixture of blue collar workers in the Construction space to join their expanding team to deliver excellence across the Southern Region.
Work across Central Sydney CBD, Inner West, North Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, and more!
6-year full time work (full time EBA wage)
Extra training and tickets provided (career growth)

Primary Purpose:
We are offering roles on various projects, including the renewal of mechanical, electrical, and civil water and wastewater network assets for Sydney Water across the South Region.
You will be part of crews ranging from 5 to 20 team members, working on both existing and new assets. A commitment to fostering a positive team culture is essential, along with experience in maintaining high safety standards, protecting the environment, and engaging positively with the community.
Additional training and skill development opportunities are available to support your growth.

Civil Leading Hands
Excavator Operators
Civil Pipelayers
Skilled Labourers/Truck Drivers
Confined Space Labourers
To be considered for these positions, applicants must possess a valid NSW White Card and NSW Driver's Licence (truck drivers are required to hold at least a minimum MR licence, and operators must have a Statement of Attainment). Recent hands-on experience with construction or civil projects is essential.
Favourable permanent hourly rates based on experience, including overtime, leave entitlements and benefits. Solid induction and training provided, together with development for future growth and opportunities.
Operating Monday to Friday - 7am start - 40 hours per week, you will also support capital work projects working ad hoc rostered night shifts.
