Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with a network of vendors and sub-contractors to source blue-collar talent (e.g., construction workers, warehouse staff, skilled tradesmen).
• Travel extensively across Indian cities to manage on-ground recruitment activities, conduct interviews, and monitor skilling and training sessions.
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet technical qualifications and are eligible for overseas deployment.
• Work closely with emigration consultants and handle documentation in line with MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) norms.
• Maintain clear communication with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment-to-deployment process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to candidate availability, documentation, or client-specific requirements.
• Manage reports, trackers, and documentation for audits and client reviews.
• Ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met for each mandate.
Requirements:
• 3-+ years of experience in overseas blue-collar recruitment, preferably within large staffing agencies or recruitment firms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client mandates and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience in working with vendor partners and sub-contractors for bulk hiring projects.
• Familiarity with MEA’s Emigration Portal and related documentation processes.
• Proficiency in Hindi is essential for communicating across regional vendors and candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for recruitment campaigns (expenses covered by the company).
• Diverse Client Handling: Skilled in managing various overseas requirements for different clients.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
