Job Title- Associate/Senior Analyst - TDI Central COO team
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the requirements and requests from the business as well as identifying and assessing change needs. The Business Analyst captures and documents requirements, analyses the impact of changes and supports the business throughout the implementation process. The Business Analyst supports the Lead Business Analyst in communicating and reporting the status of service level agreement and key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role is part of TDI COO Central Resource Management team. The team is responsible for the Headcount and Workforce Cost reporting for Technology Division of the bank. The business analyst has to ensure that change initiatives are understood and governance is established in coordination with the global change management practices.

Your key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities may include and is not limited to
• Provide high quality end to end reporting & analytical services
• Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance, COO, HR, Program Managers
• Prepare & review monthly forecasting
• Leverage best practices & process excellence ways of working across all processes
• Target Operating Model (Definition & execution of TOM), closely track the headcount movements and provide update to the management
• Further development of the performance management process and related projects
• Organization of a smooth delivery process of KPI-relevant parameters (definition, current measured values, goals, comments, etc.) as the basis for the creation of monthly management scorecards.
• Creation of performance review documents for senior management in TDI and the COO TDI
• Responsibility for the achievement of the corresponding goals of the RM team
• Resource Management, hiring, attrition, seating, internalization tracking etc.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automating current business process to avoid manual intervention
• Responsible for managing the HC allocation and handling business queries
• Timely respond to ad-hoc queries form senior management
