Key Responsibilities:
• BISO – Timely reporting to support Lead BISO in maintaining WM USA application and user access compliance with Bank’s Information Security policies and procedures
• Reporting – Support in preparing monthly/quarterly reports as per the business defined frequency
• Service Level Agreements – Support creation and maintenance of SLAs/VRMs, etc.
• Team Administration - Support staff onboarding & off-boarding
Skills and Qualifications:
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and quality delivery focus, along with ability to cope effectively under pressure and prioritize work.
• Ability to work with different cultures and time zones.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters, while successfully engaging with all levels of employees at the Bank
• Skilled in running multiple, simultaneous projects with stringent deadlines
• Ability to coordinate longer term initiatives and projects, as well as meet daily deliverables for various ongoing efforts
• Ability to Independently manage and drive ad-hoc and recurring tasks to further develop and complete required tasks
• Knowledge of wealth management, banking, and financial products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong analytical skills
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
