Job Description
Experience: Minimum 4+ Experience required.
Job location: Only Pune location.
• Experience dealing with Unix/Linux environments.
• Batch monitoring experience with tools like Control-M .
• Experience with Relational databases (Preferably Oracle).
• Experience with any monitoring tools (GeneOS/Datadog/Grafana etc.) would be useful.
• Experience with analysis tools also a plus (Microsoft Power BI,QlikSense etc.).
Additional Skills
• Oral communication skills including the ability to actively listen.
• Written communication skills – clear, understandable, and unambiguous documentation and emails are required as a part of the role.
• Ability to concisely explain problems.
• Analytical mind set
Technical Skills
• Exposure working in larger estate in term of infra and applications.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Unix/Linux OS environments.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Ability to investigate application issues based on KB/SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts and networking.
• Knowledge to maintain and manage monitoring tool like GeneOS, Grafana, InfluxDB.
• Hands-on experience with batch monitoring tool (Control-M), good understanding on updating/adding new jobs would be plus
