BMS Controls Project Manager (Mel)
Competencies/Technical
Aware of national WHS requirements and legislation
Deep understanding of BMS systems and HVAC systems
Deep understanding of network requirements for BMS Systems
Well versed in WHS requirements and legislation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organised and able to run multiple projects at once
Qualification and history of project management success
IT and technical skills
Current drivers’ licence
Responsibilities
Ultimate responsibility for successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction
Management of subcontractors
Liaise with team assigned to projects such as engineering and solution development
Planning and coordination of trades, materials and labour
Quote for variations on projects
Liaising with Sales and Service departments prior to and following the completion of projects
