What You’ll Do
Perform high-quality diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on BMW vehicles
Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using factory diagnostic systems
Complete repair orders efficiently and according to dealership, BMW, and safety standards
Maintain detailed documentation of recommended repairs and completed work
Collaborate with Service Advisors and teammates to ensure a smooth service experience
Stay current on BMW training, certifications, and technical updates
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold all safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
ASE-certified or OEM-certified technician (BMW certification highly preferred)
3+ years of automotive technician experience—luxury or European brand experience a plus
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High level of professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship
