Machine #3: Indooroopilly Shopping Centre

Machine #4: Gasworks Plaza, Newstead

Machine #5: West Village, West End

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Refiller/Restocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and refilling our bubble tea vending machines at various locations. This role is crucial in ensuring the continuous operation of our machines and the satisfaction of our customers.

Each machine generally takes roughly 30min - 1 hour to refill/clean, and sometimes up to 2 hours for weekly/monthly deep cleans. Travel and loading times would add to the total time commitment.

Each machine would require 1 - 2 refills per week depending on the demand. It is a very flexible job, and you may elect to refill a single or multiple machines. Refilling time and schedule can be accommodated for your personal schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to our dedicated storage unit at National Storage, Milton to pick up ingredients and load onto your own personal vehicle.
Travel to various Boba Machine locations as per the assigned schedule.
Refill bubble tea ingredients including tea, syrups, powders, water, and other toppings in the vending machines.
Conduct basic maintenance and general cleaning.
Record inventory levels on the machine backend dashboard.
Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the technical support team promptly.
Ensure the vending area is clean and presentable.
Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (minimum car).
Ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 25kg.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills and reliability.
Previous experience in a refilling, stocking, or similar role is preferred.
Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
