About the role
As a valued member of the OYT family you'll be joining our rad crew who thrive in fun, energetic and fast-paced environments. You'll work together to achieve targets and deliver exceptional, authentic customer service. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our iconic Watergardens team in a Full-Time role. The successful candidate will be interested in Body Piercing training, which will be provided by the company. Experienced Body Piercers will be highly regarded and are encouraged to apply.
What do I need?
A genuine passion for achieving exceptional customer service
Flexibility - you have the ability to fulfil shifts during the week and weekends on a 3 week rotational roster
Show integrity, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have a great committed attitude and strong work ethic
Be open to staff training and development
Have a willingness to follow company policy and procedures
Be supportive of your team and most importantly - have FUN!
