Industrial Maintenance Degree
Body shop repair certification
Knowledge of automotive sealer application
Able to use precision measurement tools
Able to identify welding area using blueprints
Travel Required: <5%
Responsibilities
Process and finalize vehicles for the pilot service area, especially for public relations / Trade Shows
Maintain, repair, and replace parts, bodies, and vehicles using illustrations, plans, and sketches
Optimize production equipment to ensure production quality
Develop actions to optimize functional dimensions and auditing scores
Create and optimize support and analysis resources for pilot hall activities
Contribute to making and evaluating corrective actions
Create sample parts, support equipment, models, etc
Perform interfering edge analyses
Optimize process workflows in body construction
Support analyses of single parts/sub- assemblies by making corrections for in-house and purchase parts at trail builds
Support surfaces on quality optimization
Specify sequential processes
Incorporate and align existing equipment
Determine errors and damages, write up damage reports and implement actions to increase operational readiness
Work independently to troubleshoot vehicles and track these in the factory

Job Title: Body Technician (PH)
Role Summary:
