We're growing! We are in need of a skilled in-office Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team. We primarily use QB web.
Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile deposits
Prepare and track invoices and estimates
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
Data Entry
Generate financial reports and provide insights on expenses and revenue
Manage all transactions in QuickBooks with accuracy and timeliness
Explain and communicate financial details clearly to non-accountants (Office, Supers, Project Managers, Accountants, Contractors, Designers, etc.)
Qualifications:
Proven accounting or bookkeeping experience (construction/tile/stone industry a plus)
Expertise in QuickBooks online web is required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong math skills and accounting
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, reliable, responsible
Positive attitude bringing good energy to the work place
Team player
Proactive mindset: able to identify discrepancies, propose improvements, and take initiative without constant supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Formulas, pivot tables, data entry
Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred
