Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Booking Agent at SLCT Talents located in New Delhi. The Booking Agent will be responsible for managing bookings, interacting with clients, providing customer service, sales, and negotiation related to bookings.
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Booking Systems knowledge
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
