and able to adapt to new technologies easily
Thorough knowledge of general business practices and accounting fundamentals
Ability to learn new things quickly, use solid judgement, and problem solve independently
Good communication and organization habits
Ability to work cooperatively with others and represent oneself professionally in an office environment
Reliable transportation to and from office and client sites (mileage reimbursed)

Ridgeline Business Solutions LLC is hiring a Part-time Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant in the State College, PA area.

Ridgeline Business Solutions is a small consulting CPA practice that provides outsourced accounting, finance, and admin services to a small number of clients in the service trades, and nonprofits.

This is a 5 hour per week role during a 30-day trial period, and will fluctuate between 5 and 10 hours per week thereafter. Perfect for a side gig, or part-time hustler that may want to grow into a larger role. If the candidate eventually desires more hours, we can find the work.

This role will be in-person while training (+AM-1PM on Wednesdays is preferred, but not in stone). After the training period, remote opportunities will be available, but the client site visits will remain consistent. Client sites are in the State College-Bellefonte area. The office is at Bellefonte SpringBoard.
