With over 3000 employees, 50 different products and a global client base, there’s no better time to advance your career at Aptean. • Scope will be majorly to handle EMEA/UK/US region’s accounts. • Role will include activities like: • Collections based on customer agreements • GL Accounting entry in the accounting system • Timely month end closures asper internal management requirements. • Preparation of GL schedules /reco in the accounting software. • Volume/acquisition’s integration activities to be incorporated as and when transitioned to India CoE. • Timely responding to the mails/queries if any. • Understanding the policy/process and ensuring its implementation. • Knowledge of accounting software migration/implementation. • Identifying the areas of process improvement handled by self and work on process improvement. • Responsible for manage the given task independently without much supervision, errors/escalations/delays etc • Ready to take additional responsibility when management asked to do so. • Skillful to balance the work to address different time zone and related communications whenever necessary. Others skillsets: Graduation (B Com) is must and Masters (M Com/MBA Finance) is desired with strong accounting fundamentals. Experience around 3-5 years in similar profile Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with other global regions Self-motivated to consistently work on the tasks/process Work execution based on priorities. Ability to meet the month end deadlines/schedules Flexibility to work in shifts (if needed). Well coordination with peer group and finance group across organization Knowledge of Salesforec/Blackline/Intacct is added advantage Knowledge of Microsoft tools is necessary; especially advanced excel. HK Consultancy is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank statements.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to manage invoicing and payments.
• Support the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience working remotely is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in India.

• Flexible working hours with a requirement to be available for key meetings and deadlines.
• Full-time position with occasional need for overtime based on project requirements.
