Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank statements.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to manage invoicing and payments.
• Support the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience working remotely is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in India.

• Full-time position with occasional need for overtime based on project requirements.
