Responsibilities and Tasks

Manage day-to-day accounting entries, such as billing, payments and journal entries

Issue invoices and manage credit controls

Review and reconcile accounts

Process payroll and maintain employee data

Handle issues or inquiries relating to bureau, accounts, and support

Maintain notes and files relating to clients

Maintain documentation relating to company procedures

Setup and maintain customer accounts

Prepare and analyse monthly and annual financial reports

Any other related duties or tasks as required or as assigned by management
