Responsibilities
• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address any bookkeeping-related inquiries or issues.
