Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, processing minor payroll and handling timely email responses.
This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll principles to support the financial health of our various small businesses.
Responsibilities
Organize email inbox and calendar
Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and payments.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for data entry.
Process bi-weekly payroll for a small number of employees
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Sage.
Strong understanding of business principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
This is a part time role that would require working roughly a few hours 3 days a week, performing bookkeeping and payroll for a stream of small businesses with no more than 10 employees.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
