We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator(Quick books desk top ) 10 years experience in quickbooks, to join our team and play a vital role in assisting with financial records and supporting administrative functions Aprx 20hrs/ hrs a week

Restaurant bookkeeping knowledge would be great.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software ( QuickBooks Desk top ,).

Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process invoices and vendor payments in a timely manner

Knowledge of Telpay.

Payroll Processing:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payroll.

Calculate and record payroll deductions, benefits, and taxes.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.

Maintain organized files and documents, both digitally and physically.

Flexible hours can work from home, but 2 days a week in office required.
