The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping responsibilities and assist with reception duties, working closely with the building's 12 employees (6 maintenance, 3 housekeeping, 3 building management)

This role is essential for ensuring both financial accuracy and excellent resident interactions

Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records and generating reports

Use TOPS software for building management functions and Quickbooks

Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting standards

Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a professional manner

Collaborate with a close-knit team (building manager, operations director, security supervisor) and step in to support other roles as needed

during a key period of restoration and recertification

Schedule: 8 AM – 4:30 PM

RMG Staffing is hiring a bilingual Bookkeeper for Condominium Sunny Isle, a 428-unit, self-managed property. Sunny Isle is an older building (built in 1+65) that is currently undergoing concrete restoration and electrical work for its 50-year recertification. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping responsibilities and assist with reception duties, working closely with the building's 12 employees (6 maintenance, 3 housekeeping, 3 building management). This role is essential for ensuring both financial accuracy and excellent resident interactions.
