Full job description
Candidate will be expected to have good knowledge of bookkeeping skills and be capable of working independently on a portfolio of clientele. Must be able to reconcile bank accounts, perform journal entries up to the preparation of the financial statement level.
Candidate will also be expected to perform basic office and other administration matters besides bookkeeping, including answering the phones.
Thre will be pleanty of opportunities for growth within the company as the candidates will be trained on the more advance level of bookkeeping and accounting right up to the level of staff accountant, performing financial statement preparation for compilation engagement, review engagements and audit of corporations.
Candidates will also have the opportunity to learn basic income tax preparation, preparation of payroll for small companies and oterh taxation matters.
