Responsibilities
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Create daily reports for Ownership, GM, and CFO
Record, pay, and file all invoices
Prepare weekly bill pay list
Onboard all new hires, and confirm all new hire packets are complete
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Maintain all records for the resort
Sort mail
Maintain back up supplies
Purchase items when needed
Update and maintain office policies as necessary
Organize office operations and procedures
Provide general support to front desk and other management
Requirements
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, MS Word)
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Basic computer skills
Honesty and reliable attendance a must
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
BA in Accounting preferable but can be offset with relevant experience
Minimum 4 years previous experience as Bookkeeper/Office Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
