Job Description
We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager, immediately, to support our day-to-day operations. This is a 4-5 day a week position with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks while working closely with the business owner.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks (data entry, reconciliations, record keeping)
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices
Process payroll accurately and on schedule
Assist with basic HR functions (employee records, onboarding support, etc.)
Provide general administrative support to the owner as needed
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or paper)
Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE 3+ Years QuickBooks Online Experience. Please note, you will not be contacted if this requirement is not met
Familiarity and proven experience with QuickBooks online
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Comfortable handling confidential information
