• Data Entry and Bookkeeping Specialist
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Bookkeeping Specialist.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for multiple legal entities across different industries.
• You will be tasked with keeping the books up to date, tracking and generating profit and loss reports by entity and industry, and assisting with monthly closing tasks to ensure accurate and organized records.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Comfortable working with multiple sets of books
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Strong communication skills in English
