We are looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our business in our first Armani Exchange Boutique in Chatswood Chase. Our ideal candidate is a career retailer with an extensive background in fashion retail management, with a proven ability to achieve sales and service targets, demonstrated success in managing a team.
Key responsibilities
Ensuring the achievement of counter sales targets in line with business objectives and KPIs.
Role model an authentic client experience that motivates your team to actively pursue sales targets.
Analyse and understand current market trends and identify new opportunities within the current market.
Setting and driving individual and team objectives.
Maintaining operational excellence on counter (including planning shifts, sales analysis and reporting, stock management and ordering, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and utilizing digital tools to maximize business and team performance).
About you:
At least 2 years' experience as a retail manager preferably in a fashion retail environment.
Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent time management.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and experience in POS systems.
