Job Description

The role is responsible for ensuring adherence to defined procedures and commercial regulations in the store.

Job Requirements

Education  Diploma / Graduation

Relevant Experience  2 – 4 years

Must possess good computer knowledge.

Process Contribution

1. Verify store level transactions periodically to ensure zero deviation from defined procedure

2. Ensure revenue is booked as per defined procedure

3. Ensure customer verification is done as per defined procedure with the help of proper identification documents (UIDAI / PAN / declaration letter etc.)

4. Handle critical customer complaints related to commercial compliance and close all pending cases as quickly as possible

5. Provide requisite support to the store staff during exhibitions / road shows / new product launch, prepare revenue reports for regional commercial team during such events

6. Discover new ways to make store level commercial processes more efficient & less time consuming, drive the same during regional meets

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
