Job Summary
Midnight Trucking Logistics LLC is hiring reliable, safe, and professional Box Truck Drivers (CDL and Non-CDL) to join our growing transportation team. Drivers will be responsible for delivering freight safely, on time, and with excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow dispatch instructions accurately.
We offer solo and team routes, regional and long-haul opportunities, and consistent weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Driving & Operations
Operate 26ft box trucks safely for pickups and deliveries.
Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions.
Complete on-time deliveries with high accuracy and professionalism.
Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections.
Cargo Handling
Load and unload freight using pallet jacks or lift gates when needed.
Secure all cargo properly to prevent damage.
Report any load issues, delays, or safety concerns immediately.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain electronic logs, delivery paperwork, and trip reports.
Follow DOT regulations, company safety standards, and FMCSA rules.
Keep vehicle clean, fueled, and ready for operation daily.
Team & Customer Interaction
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and partners.
Represent Midnight Trucking Logistics with a positive attitude.
Work effectively as a solo driver or coordinate with a team partner.
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
