Job Title: CNC Machine Programmer Cum Operator Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
• Experience: 3–5 years
• We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Programmer cum Operator to join our precision engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using G-code/M-code for milling, turning, or laser cutting machines.
• Set up CNC machines with the required tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Perform first-off inspections and ensure consistent quality during production.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and make adjustments to improve performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the machines clean and operational.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine settings.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
• 2–5 years of experience in CNC machine programming and operation.
• Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and machine control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
• Ability to operate CNC machines like VMC, HMC, Turning Centers, or Laser Cutting machines.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (optional but preferred).
• Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC machines.
• Exposure to precision machining for automotive or aerospace parts.
• Understanding of ISO/TS quality systems.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
