The Role Responsibilities
HC Management
• To work with teams for management of Headcount requests for GFS India and governance over approved positions reporting.
• Work closely with the finance governance team to provide reports on monthly basis for budget and forecast reporting to senior management.
• Interact frequently with HR team for updated recruitment status for end to end governance of headcount additions. Liaise with business teams to reconcile approved positions to actual headcount and open roles on monthly basis.
Service Review call Management
• Centrally enable service review calls to be conducted a monthly basis to comply with SCB policy requirements. Coordinate with teams to collate management updates and metrics to create dashboards.
• Provide MIS for GFS Management and Operational Risk Monitoring.
• Ensure that Risk policy updates are monitored for changes and implement as and when required.
SLA management
• Maintain Central repository of SLAs and coordinate the collation and sign off of SLAs between GFS Business units and Country stakeholders as and when they fall due.
• Manage governance to ensure all migrated activities are included in the SLA or any change to the services are updated through modification process.
Recharge Management
• Ensure billing details are collated for the month, including adjustments if any and sent to finance team for invoice processing.
