Act as a trusted advisor to government and regulated clients, leading solution design and executive-level discussions
Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposals, and client presentations
Provide technical and architectural leadership across BPM engagements
Design and oversee delivery of enterprise BPM solutions using platforms such as Appian and/or Pega
Work closely with Guidewire, Data Services, and Management Services practices to deliver integrated solutions

Mentor and uplift BPM capability across consulting teams
What You’ll Need
Extensive experience in BPM leadership, architecture, and delivery at a senior manager or director level
Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Appian and/or Pega
Proven ability to engage government clients, understand policy and regulatory contexts, and translate needs into solutions
Demonstrated experience driving practice growth, capability building, or service line leadership
Strong pre-sales and solution shaping experience
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to bridge business strategy and technical delivery
Solid understanding of Agile and modern delivery models
Why Join Us?
Lead and shape the BPM practice in New Zealand with real influence and autonomy
