About This Role
Our flagship SaaS product StavPay is used Asset Manager to streamline AP workflow. You’ll be part of the StavPay operation team, which is acts as an extension of our clients' middle-office.
Responsibilities
• Subject matter expert on StavPay
• AI-assisted coding and allocation of expenses with accuracy
• Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines
• Should be able to handle multiple clients as per priority
• Reconciling various reports as required by clients
• Coordination with stakeholders, obtaining coding, approval and resolving issues around blocked invoices. Ensuring payment and expense entries are posted in accounting software on a timely basis
• Provide constant feedback to product team to further enhance client experience and improve teams productivity

• Having good processing knowledge of accounting.
• Responsible for all aspects of day-day accounting for 1 or more assigned clients.
• Coordinating with IT/Clients on enhancing, reporting and development of standardization/automation in process.
• Establish good working relationships with all the stake holders, like clients, team members etc.,
• Ensuring service level agreements, memorandums and client delivery summaries are maintained.
• Maintaining & updating the Desk procedures, process manuals and process maps.
• Identify exceptions and variances affecting accounting records and communicating same to client and assisting in their resolution.
• Participate in special projects to enhance accounting operations and reporting processes.
• Reconciliation and Reporting
• Payment process handling & allocations.
Mandatory Skills: -
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance.
• 2- 5years of work experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office. (Advanced in Excel is mandatory)
• Should be willing to work in Night shift
• Able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Good communication skills.
• Male Candidates only.
• Work Location - Bangalore.
Working Hours
USA EST Time or USA PST Time ( Night Shift ).
