Full Job Description
Currently seeking a few career minded individuals to fill our Customer Service Specialist position. This person will provide prompt service as a face to our customers. Our customer service reps respond to regular and routine inquiries regarding products and service provided by our company.
You will perform essential functions which include but not limited to customer inquiries of pricing status, delivery status, updates and changes on existing pricing/price sheets, orders, claims, pricing and/or purchase order discrepancy resolution.
